Heating instructions for our frozen omelets
STEP 1: Open the bag from the easy-to-open end.
STEP 2: Choose your heating method.
Microwave (Quickest – about 3–4 minutes total):
Keep the omelette inside the bag (the bag is microwave-safe). Heat on high for 1 minute 45 seconds, carefully flip the bag, then heat for another 1 minute 45 seconds.
Let stand for 30 seconds before opening fully. It’s ready when hot throughout.
Oven (Even Heating – about 20–22 minutes):
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the omelette on a baking tray and cover loosely with foil. Bake for 20–22 minutes.
It’s ready when moisture appears along the edges.
Pan/Stovetop (Best Texture – about 4–5 minutes after thawing):
Let the omelette thaw on your counter for 90 minutes (or until no longer solid). Lightly coat a non-stick pan with olive oil. Place the omelette in the pan, cover, and cook on low heat for 2 minutes per side.
It’s done when the edges start to glisten with moisture. Flip carefully with a spatula.
Enjoy your fresh-tasting omelette right away!
